The basic price is 85,- € to 105,- € per day.
flat rates:
Weekend rates up to 4 persons
4 days / 3 nights 345,- €
1 week for up to 4 persons, off-peak season
7 nights 720,- €
1 week for up to 4 persons, peak season
7 nights 840,- €
All prices are given for a house with a maximal occupancy of 4 persons. Price is given inclusive of all associated costs, as electricity, water, heating, final cleaning except for pets, sheet/towels, over-occupation.
Peak season = June/July/August, as well as the school holidays in the Nord-Rhein Westfalen.
General rental conditions and The holiday village order are valid. You could rent a house as well by a day, however at least 3 days reservation is required.
