“Holiday village order of the holiday village Freilingen 09/2012“
According to experience it is not possible to reach a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere for living within a bounded area like the holiday village Freilingen, without following and respecting the generally recognized and valid set of rules. Only with mutual courtesy and respect the light-hearted and restful stay the inhabitants of the holiday village are searching for can be guaranteed.
That’s why the basic principles of order for our holiday village are laid down as follows:
1.Maintenance of the order and cleanness
2.Respectful behaviour
3.Avoidance of annoyance of all kind
4.Careful treatment of all public facilities
To realize this principles all inhabitants (including the owners of the holiday cottages, their relatives, visitors and tenants) should commit themselves to the recognition and compliance of the following rules of conduct:
1. The manager of the holiday village (or his representative) is a domestic authority; Everybody should obey his instructions. He is entitled due to the holiday village order to refuse the admission in the holiday village to foreign people, or if this is necessary to the maintenance of the order and in the interest of the owners of the holiday cottages to expel the foreigners from the holiday village. The unknown persons who live in a holiday cottage temporarily within the absence of the owner are obliged to announce themselves to the management due to the reasons of the control and to inform on their arrival and departure dates accordingly.
2. The entrance in the holiday village is permitted only to the owners of the holiday cottages, the members of their family or the registered tenants of the holiday cottages. The visitors should park their vehicle on the visitor's parking place at the holiday village entrance. By each private cottage only one car is allowed to be parked.
3. The parking of caravans, campers or other vehicles for a longer period (e.g., for the whole winter etc.) is not allowed.
4. To drive on the streets within the holiday village is allowed only in a very slow tempo (max. 10 km/h) and should be reduced to the arrival and departure only. In a time from 22:00 to 6:00 o'clock (nighttime peace) one should refrain from driving, if not only the reasonable circumstances demand the opposite. In the holiday village are valid the road traffic regulations.
5. The washing of the cars in the holiday village is strictly forbidden (water protection area).
6. In the time from 13:00 to 15:00 o'clock is an afternoon quiet hour. One should avoid the disturbing and annoying actions of all kinds. The list of single examples should be consciously renounced here as the facts assumed under it are generally known.
7. As well beyond the times of the night's rest and afternoon quiet hour are events and actions of all kind which could lead to an annoyance or nuisance of the remaining holiday cottage owners are to be limited according to essentially needful and above all reasonable measures.
8. All public installations and facilities are to be treated carefully and one is to obey respectively the regulations of its use. The people who cause damages are to present themselves to the management and to determine with the management the damage that has happened. In the course of necessary inquiries the manager has a right to see the identification documents of the violator.
9. Of course every holiday cottage owner should hold his house and his garden in flawless state. He is obliged to remove the branches and shrubs that are looking out from his property on the passage ways in order to guarantee any time a free passage of the emergency doctor's carriage, fire and military vehicles etc. though the holiday village, as well as not affect the street illumination. In case the previous request was unsuccessful, the management is entitled to care for the removal of the disturbing objects themselves and to include the costs in the bill for the house owner.
10. Animals of all kind may be held only with previous approval of the management of the holiday village. The owners of the dogs should take care that the animal moves free only inbound the own property and should be hold on a leash within the holiday village without exceptions. For hygienic reasons the dogs are to be kept away from playgrounds and sunbathing areas as well as from the swimming-pool area. Any pollution caused by the dogs is to be immediately removed by the holder.
11. A special attention is to be paid to the regulations of the decontaminating of domestic waste, glass, paper and biological rubbish. The operating bound of the holiday village has provided separate instructions for this case. Every inhabitant has to follow them carefully. To decontaminate the bulky refuse, hazardous waste or other toxic or environmentally hazardous materials within the holiday village is strictly forbidden. These materials are to be transported by the producer to the public waste counters.
12. The sale and the storage of all kinds of goods, as well as the sale of professional services by inhabitants and visitors in the holiday village are not permitted.
This holiday village order was created together with the “Community of interests of the holiday cottage owners Freilinger Bruch inc.“ and from the 01st of September, 2012 is a part of an administrative or hire contract concluded with the Ferienpark Freilingen GmbH & Co. KG. The up to now existing “Holiday village order of the holiday village Freilingen 01/2012“ loses at the same its validity.
